The central high ceilinged well equipped kitchen in the Main House provides an ideal atmosphere for entertaining and will hold up to 10 around the table. The addition of a wood burning stove makes this room the real heart of the home.
The house has 6 cosy double bedrooms available for rent at one time. These are spread over 2 floors each with their own individual character and countryside charm. The house is well equipped with WiFi, 4 LCD TVs in each room and with some with DVD players/films.
Hoping to stay here over the Winter months? No problem, the main part of the house has underfloor heating and there are open fireplaces in both the Kitchen and Living Room.
The house during the Summer is a countryside haven. The patio kitchen doors of the Main House lead to an open courtyard equipped with a covered illuminated pergola with seating, which compose a fabulous outdoor dining area with lovely views across the valley . The large back garden is an oasis in itself with another fabulous rain protected pergola for entertaining with barbecue and bar area seating for 10.
Orchard Paddocks is readily accessible from London and the southeast, in close proximity to the historic town of Guildford with excellent shopping, cultural opportunities and nightlife and restaurants. The Surrey Hills offer lots of scope for walking and enjoying the great outdoors, and the South Downs and south coast are also within easy reach.
